Shipping Process
Nano DG Singapore Pte. works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers. Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the shopping cart.
The total shipping cost is calculated by adding the “Per Shipment” cost and the “Per Item” cost. The “Per Item” cost may be based on the number of items, the weight, or volume (referred to as the dimensional weight) of each package.
Nano DG Singapore Pte. offers Express Delivery (next day), Standard Delivery (2-4 days) for all shipments under 20kgs. For shipments over 20 kg’s the standard delivery timeframe is applicable (2-4 days) subject to delivery location. For shipments above 20kg’s additional rates may apply. (Rates to be confirmed at time of purchase)
Remote area surcharges may be applicable depending on final destination postal codes. (Contact Customer Service for clarification).
Shipment insurance is available and can be added to the shopping cart at checkout.
All rates quoted are applicable until December 2018.
All shipments are processed from time of payment receipt.
